3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify 1slot immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 1slot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, except where 1slot is found to have been negligent in its own security obligations.
3.4 You must ensure that your Account information remains accurate and up-to-date. Changes to your registered email address or other contact details must be submitted through Account Settings or by contacting support.
4.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your 1slot Wallet using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. 1slot does not charge fees on standard deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. 1slot reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically completed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet and FPX bank transfer methods. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, scheduled maintenance, or high-volume periods.
4.3 All Wallet balances are held in MYR. USDT deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 1slot is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a USDT deposit is initiated and when it is confirmed on the TRON network.
4.4 1slot operates strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for large deposits or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4.5 Deposited funds in your Wallet do not accrue interest and are not covered by any financial services compensation scheme.
5.1 From time to time, 1slot may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus term, the specific bonus term shall prevail in relation to that offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds.
5.3 1slot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided under the applicable wagering terms.
5.4 Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, or engaging in bonus hunting strategies — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
6.1 All games available on the 1slot Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Playtech. The rules applicable to each specific game are governed by the rules of that game as published by the relevant supplier and displayed within the game interface.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or display fault — 1slot will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where the outcome of a game round cannot be determined due to a technical error, 1slot reserves the right to void the game round and return the bet amount to the Player's Wallet.
6.3 1slot does not accept bets placed after the result of a game or event has been determined, regardless of whether the result has been displayed to the Player. Any such bets identified will be voided and the bet amount returned.
6.4 For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer and applicable game rules are final. Dealer errors that are identified and confirmed by the game provider's review process will be corrected in accordance with the applicable game rules.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 1slot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.1 1slot may suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reason to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that continued account access poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, 1slot reserves the right to withhold any remaining Wallet balance pending investigation. Balances determined to have been obtained through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances not subject to dispute will be returned to you via the last verified payment method used.
10.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1slot support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned after applicable KYC and AML checks are completed.
